  • Ensure all activities related to data management and sales transaction document or other activities received from each department run well and to monitor incomes and expenses from and to store run according to procedures.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting implementation of Boucle Complete procedures at store.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting activities which are related to stock adjustment.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in Audit Firm.
  • Excellent in English and Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Full-Time positions available.

  • Organize technical processes, collecting and processing information to meet the development schedule.
  • Follow the regulations, the news in media and technical issues.
  • Participate in defining product quality criteria, and arrange into technical specifications and ensure that products are in compliance with local law and regulations.
  • Monitor food safety system (lab analysis, panel test), factory and social audit results and take necessary actions to follow up the result.
  • Responsible of any withdrawal or recall of defective products with the approval of the country’s Head of Quality.
  • Monthly report to Head of Quality
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree majoring Food Scientist & Chemist (dairy products, fresh products, dry groceries, agriculture, aquaculture, chemicals).
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Quality Control/Production/R&D/Laboratory closely relate to product control.

BUYER (Bazaar/Textile/Fresh Products/Grocery) – Jakarta
  • Sourcing, controlling sales and margin achievement in assigned category, in order to achieve agreed target.
  • Conducting negotiation with suppliers in supplying selling products
  • Monitoring and producing promotion activities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Buyer or Merchandiser at hypermarket/supermarket or other retail business, with specialization in: Textile/ Bazaar/ Grocery/ Fresh Products.
  • Having good relationship and networking with supplier.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent in English is a must.

TRAINER – Jakarta
  • To professionally deliver the training modules to the participants during the training session as per required.
  • Conduct the training for the Trainers in regard to cascade down the training modules to all associates
  • Provide any necessary document that required for the training evaluation and administration
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Trainer.
  • Able to develop module, especially soft skill module.
  • Having high energy level with excellent communication skills.
  • Having good leadership and team building.
  • Excellent in English is a must.

  • Within the Controlling Department, you will be part of the Reporting and Planning team. You will be in charge to input monthly financial data into Hyperion databases (Reporting system).
  • Make sure the data that you input is accurate and that reporting deadlines are respected.
  • Perform crosschecks between databases to ensure that all data is reconciled with accounting and other systems.
  • Prepare and produce monthly finance reports from Hyperion database (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow, etc)
  • Work closely with Financial Services & Insurance Department, IT and Logistic Department in order to prepare data for monthly closing.
  • Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Accounting.
  • Max 25 years old.
  • At least 1 year experience as Reporting Admin.
  • Good communication skills, especially in English.
  • Advance knowledge of computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and experienced in Hyperion system would be a great advantage.
  • Comfortable to work with large databases.
  • High attention to details, rigorous and self motivated person.

  • Work with business people to assess, document, and communicate business needs.
  • Coordinate project implementation from business analysis, vendor selection until testing, UAT and deployment.
  • In charge of planning, project team management and procurement lifecycle.
  • Act as application expert, 3rd level support on trouble shooting and point of contact with vendors.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring computer science/information system.
  • At least 3 years of working experience from retail, logistic, distributor or manufacturer in supply chain operation is prefered.
  • Having project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Certification (PMP) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use SQL to query system data
  • Experience in VB/Java Script is appreciated
  • Must be fluent in English:  English speaking work environment, with international teams and vendors.
